The Person:

Coach and develop people in order to support all automation systems on site.

To be experienced across a range of engineering projects and be recognised as a site expert in the automation field.

Manufacturing Execution Systems (IP21) Specialised Knowledge: (Expertise and Execution) Basic Requirements

Able to provide input to site plans to allow continuous improvement of standards to meet engineering and regulatory expectations.

Detailed knowledge required of instrumentation and control systems and be able to interpret and implement standards (e.g. S88, IEC61508) and implement engineering solutions.

Detailed knowledge of process control system programming and configuration and be able to provide technical assistance to Automation and Instrumentation Technicians.

A working knowledge of validation requirements as applied to control and instrument systems. Preferred Requirements (Relevant to the role, but not critical/essential)
